How low can you go? Low abv wine based cocktails / Wednesday July 1 / 8:30pm
Join Alexis Percival and Charlotte Mirzoeff Wednesday July 1st for a class on how to make low alcohol, wine based drinks for the holiday weekend .
Drink a long with us: Bottle of Prosecco with either cappelletti (or other wine based red bitter) or a fun vermouth of your choosing (dry will be slightly bitter and herbaceous, bianco/blanc will be slightly sweeter but more citrus forward, rosso/rouge will be more cola/vanilla forward)
Spritzes: 2 oz vermouth or aperitivo, top with 3-4 oz Prosecco, (1oz soda optional), add ice, gently stir. Finish with orange twist
We will also talk about the 50/50 martini as a lower abv martini option— so gin, dry vermouth, and orange and/or olive bitters
Martini— 1.5 oz gin, 1.5 oz dry vermouth, 4 dashes bitters; stir, serve up with olive or lemon twist
